Every family is different. The more you choose to share with Guardian Nest, the more we can personalize your family’s safety journey, celebrations, recommendations, and member experience. All family fields beyond the basics are optional.

Your household’s name

Give your Nest a name — most families choose something like “The [Family Name] Nest.” It’s private to you.

Nest name *Your preferred name *Mobile number

Used only to confirm assessments and, with your permission, send you the Nest Letter.

Mailing address

Optional — used only to mail your Guardian Nest Welcome Kit if you join.

Every family-data field explains why Guardian Nest is asking, and none of it is ever required beyond the basics to sign in. Your family’s information is never sold.
